You get one shot at existence - at a time, as far as anybody can know - and it's spent at the mercy of whatever was here before you, no matter how monsterous, careless, or ill-conceived.
Those with power never want to give it up. So you're trapped in some kind of global board game for assholes, especially if you start out poor. There's no reason we can't structure society so people are in the center instead of money. Social instead of capital. Oh man, it's like they've been telling people this for centuries or something...it's like something swoops in and ruins revolutions before they can ever really change anything...
If we never see the policies Bernie Sanders proposed come to fruition, we ended up in the wrong timeline.
Saying it's "just life" is a fucking scam.
Destroying people because they wouldn't have become some sort of perfect astronaut or president is ableist.
Turning "difficult" people into sacrificial examples for political points or training exercises is some kind of genocide.
Fuck the colosseum.
I hope people remember that.
